Been a while!

So i haven't been updating very regularly, my son was sick in hospital with asthma a few weeks ago and been struggling to get on and update. I have managed to lose weight, not much, but it's better than nothing. I also now have a friend who's joined the gym with me, so i'm going to commit to going everyday with her which will be good. So today marks 2 months since the start of my weightloss journey and i currently weigh 89.5kg. So it's going pretty slow, but i'm still generally doing what i normally do, just eating a bit more healthier, haven't done calorie counting or anything, so i may still do that if i can so i can see more results. Have tried some shakes too to see if that helps, but it's only good when i'm busy, i'm not being committed to that type of program either as i want this weight loss to be permanent which means i have to eat right and concentrate on my activity levels. I shall come back again on Monday for my weigh in results.

So my stats are now:
Starting weight: 92.8
Current weight: 89.5kg
Total Lost: 3.3kg lost in 8 weeks.

I really wanna lose quicker, it's tough work but i know i have a lot on my plate with the kids etc, so any loss is good right? Just hard not to get discouraged and unmotivated. But i shall keep on keeping on, as this weight isn't going to fall off doing nothing! :)
