New week slowly but steady

So it seems the weight is starting to go back down again. I am now 90.6 so i've lost 2.4kgs so far as my original starting weight was 93kg. So that's about 4 weeks and averaging 500grams a week which isn't too bad as that's pretty much what you want. I just wish it was faster! lol I had a good week last week, went to the gym 4 times, 2 normal weights/cardio sessions and 2 body balance sessions. I feel much better for going and eating has been pretty well on track. :) Have got a new little recipe book too which has some yummy looking low fat dishes which i'm going to try and do this week after my shopping.

Shall be taking a progress pic on Thurs as that will mark my first month of this healthy eating plan, i have noticed my clothes are feeling a lot less snug which is nice, so hopefully i'll notice something in the pics. Hopefully this time in 12 weeks i'll have lost at least 10kgs in total, that would be awesome. Still got a fair way to go, just have to keep moving forward and get my butt moving. :)

Total lost so far - 2.2kg

1st week - 92kg (loss of 0.8kg)
2nd week - 90.8 (loss of 1.2kg)
3rd week - 91.1 (gain of 0.3kg)
4th week - 90.6 (loss of 0.5kg)
