So far this week has been better than last at least. I am feeling much better having gone to 2 scenar sessions, I really think it's helping reduce my pain which is good. I have only been to the gym once so far this week, going again today for a class and shall book in again on Monday. My eating has been pretty good, only had one or two baddish days the others have been pretty good. Tried some new foods made san choy bau which wasn't too bad and going to make some rice paper rolls too. Even though i'm not noticing too much movement on the scales so far, i do feel that eating healthier and exercising has improved my pain, i feel like i have more energy and my mood is much better, so even though the scales might not move too much i do feel better which is what i'm doing this for :) My sister said it looks like i've lost weight which was nice, even though i've probably only lost 3 or 4 kgs so far. So i think it's got to do with the gym and just re-distributing muscle and fat probably. I shall do a monthly pic so next pics will be on the 16th of Feb, so i have 2 weeks to try and get a few more kgs down :) Will come back and update after this Monday's weigh in.
So far my weight has gone from 92.8kg (from pics taken) was about 94kgs before the pics were taken.
1st week - 92kg (loss of 0.8kg)
2nd week - 90.8 (loss of 1.2kg)
3rd week - 91.1 (gain of 0.3kg)
Total lost so far - 1.7kgs
Hoping to reach my first goal of getting under 90kgs very soon. :)
