So my friend and I who joined the gym have now signed up for a personal trainer, we're going to do our own 12 week challenge. I'm really excited we'll be getting some help with our nutrition and exercise regime so that we can acheive our fitness goals and get results. We both want to lose about 20kgs and a few dress sizes. We'll also be getting our measurements so we can see how much we're losing in inches aswell which is good as I was wanting to do that, but don't have a measuring tape. So tomorrow we are starting with our personal trainer and i'm excited, the trainer is really nice. We're also going to brave a class this week hopefully one that we haven't done before.
So i currently weigh 89kgs, and i have been using my fitness pal to track my food, so now that i'm keeping track of my food i'm hoping that it helps with the weightloss. Next goal is to lose 10kgs and be 79kgs which is my lowest weight i've been after having the boys and was my pre-preg weight. I'd still like to lose another 10kgs after that, but for now i've lost 5kg and need to lose another 20kg. Getting there!
