So far my blog has come in dribs and drabs and so has my weight loss. The frustrating battle with weight begins and then ends so quickly for me. Things get in the way, kids get sick any sort of upset to the momentum and it all flies out the window.
I'm posting so that i get some renewed motivation to stick to this till i reach my goal! I have lost 1.2kg in the last 2 weeks and stepped up my gym program. I'm hoping i start seeing some rewards and watch that weight decrease! The two weeks since being at the gym have felt great, i feel like i've lost cm's so the weight on the scales although it's going slowly in the right direction i'm going to not get disheartened that it's not happening quicker.
Here is some inspiration so that i stick to my goals, i do not want to be looking like this ever again!!
This was at my neice's christening, so it's about a year ago, but my weight hasn't really changed much since then, a couple of kilo's here or there but nothing major.
Shall take some updated pics of me soon and try and get some progress photos happening.
So to restart again, my current weight is 86.6kgs, next goal is 76kg, after that it's 68kg. So i have a way to go yet, but it's doable, just have to stick with it!!
No feckin excuses!!!!
