So I want to be positive and start the week on a good note. The last 3 or so days i've been really pretty good at sticking to my healthy eating and i'm feeling much better, lots less bloated and yukky and feeling healthier already. I did my first gym workout yesterday and despite being super sore when i work up this morning a nice hot shower loosened me up and i'm feeling much better. Need to try and do some stretching and ab exercises today. Also yesterday I went and prepared 4 dinners for me with some nice lemon, herb and garlic chicken and veges and some mashed cauliflower, so that on days I feel too buggered to bother cooking, i know I can defrost and reheat something healthy. It's funny i've also noticed that even a few days in, my appetite has reduced which is great, cause I always used to feel hungry. And also tracking with my fitness pal has helped too to make sure i'm eating enough calories and sticking to my healthy eating plan. So I weighed in today and have lost 800grams which i'm quite happy about, as that included one day of exercise and about 80% sticking to the healthy diet, so knowing that I can improve on my efforts i'm hoping I can lose more weight in the next few weeks. But so far off to a good start.

Week 2 - 88.2kgs (-0.8)
Looking forward to a healthy week, have organised my meals for the week, and have planned some gym dates, so just gotta stick to it.
