So it seems the weight is starting to go back down again. I am now 90.6 so i've lost 2.4kgs so far as my original starting weight was 93kg. So that's about 4 weeks and averaging 500grams a week which isn't too bad as that's pretty much what you want. I just wish it was faster! lol I had a good week last week, went to the gym 4 times, 2 normal weights/cardio sessions and 2 body balance sessions. I feel much better for going and eating has been pretty well on track. :) Have got a new little recipe book too which has some yummy looking low fat dishes which i'm going to try and do this week after my shopping.
Shall be taking a progress pic on Thurs as that will mark my first month of this healthy eating plan, i have noticed my clothes are feeling a lot less snug which is nice, so hopefully i'll notice something in the pics. Hopefully this time in 12 weeks i'll have lost at least 10kgs in total, that would be awesome. Still got a fair way to go, just have to keep moving forward and get my butt moving. :)

Weigh in
Gah! Not happy, probably not the best days yesterday eating chocolate cookies i baked for a friends daughter's birthday party lol Thankfully the scales weren't too bad but still a 100gram gain. So annoying that one bad day can ruin the whole week, i really need to lose weight!! Going to have to get stricter on my eating which is hard as i haven't got much direction. I have a meal plan to follow from another website, but i have to alter everything as i'm dairy and egg free so it makes it difficult. But i am going to try and get together a plan that suits me and allows me to have a bit of freedom to and not have to be so strict. Off to the gym again this morning and hopefully have a good session at the gym. :)

Body Balance
It was only my second time at body balance and already feels much better than the first time, moving different muscles feels great. I feel energetic and pumped :) Might start going twice a week :)
Another week nearly over
So far this week has been better than last at least. I am feeling much better having gone to 2 scenar sessions, I really think it's helping reduce my pain which is good. I have only been to the gym once so far this week, going again today for a class and shall book in again on Monday. My eating has been pretty good, only had one or two baddish days the others have been pretty good. Tried some new foods made san choy bau which wasn't too bad and going to make some rice paper rolls too. Even though i'm not noticing too much movement on the scales so far, i do feel that eating healthier and exercising has improved my pain, i feel like i have more energy and my mood is much better, so even though the scales might not move too much i do feel better which is what i'm doing this for :) My sister said it looks like i've lost weight which was nice, even though i've probably only lost 3 or 4 kgs so far. So i think it's got to do with the gym and just re-distributing muscle and fat probably. I shall do a monthly pic so next pics will be on the 16th of Feb, so i have 2 weeks to try and get a few more kgs down :) Will come back and update after this Monday's weigh in.
