No pain no gain
So second workout of the week went well, thing is i'm already bored with working out! lol But I do like the treadmill and I like that I can see how many calories i've burned and how many km's i've walked in how long. I'm doing about 3km per 30 mins, which i'm pretty happy with. I also love that I can plug in my earphones and crank some tunes and watch music videos while I do my workout, that's by far my fav part of going to the gym. This Sat I wanna do my first body balance class which I have done before in the past and quite enjoyed, it's actually felt like a workout and really enjoyable. So that should be fun :) I've also been tracking pretty well with my eating even though i've been tempted! lol So shall see how we go on Monday when I weigh in. Tomorrow I have an appt at the Scenar place so hoping that goes well. Best get to bed and have a decent sleep.
