Inspiration


Trying to get to my happy place sometimes takes a lot of work, specially when i'm completely stressed and dealing with the same thing day in day out get's tiresome and tedious. I never get my happiness from somewhere I crave it the most. I even have a tattoo symbol on my foot that means happiness, so why is it such a struggle sometimes? I am trying really hard to concentrate on myself and things that make me happy and I know I will get there, there's just one thing holding me back. I hope the universe knows what it's doing and gives me some direction.

Anywho, that's just my thoughts for the day, onto weight loss related activities! I weighed in today and have lost 1.2kg, then I went to the gym and did 5km on the treadmill which was awesome, I didn't do any weights today as i'm still sore from my body balance class. My oldest goes back to school tomorrow so I'm looking forward to the routine of school and hoping that it helps pay off by being able to go to the gym more consistantly. Looking forward to next week's week in :)

Yeah Baby!

Weigh in day today and I'm down 1.2kgs, putting my weight at 90.8 which i'm stoked about :) Heading to the gym this morning for another weights session. Feeling very sore at the moment so will try and take it easy. So excited that I've lost a few kilos in a few short weeks, hoping to reach my goal around Easter time of 20kgs down :)

Weigh In day tomorrow

Have had a pretty busy week, but managed to go to the gym 3 times, and did my first body balance class which was a pretty decent work out. I also had my scenar appt which I thought was pretty good, I was pain free for 24 hours which is more than ever! So hoping the next few sessions really make a difference.

Have eaten pretty well this week too, so I'm hoping there's some difference on the scales tomorrow. Will check in then :)

No pain no gain

So second workout of the week went well, thing is i'm already bored with working out! lol But I do like the treadmill and I like that I can see how many calories i've burned and how many km's i've walked in how long. I'm doing about 3km per 30 mins, which i'm pretty happy with. I also love that I can plug in my earphones and crank some tunes and watch music videos while I do my workout, that's by far my fav part of going to the gym. This Sat I wanna do my first body balance class which I have done before in the past and quite enjoyed, it's actually felt like a workout and really enjoyable. So that should be fun :) I've also been tracking pretty well with my eating even though i've been tempted! lol So shall see how we go on Monday when I weigh in. Tomorrow I have an appt at the Scenar place so hoping that goes well. Best get to bed and have a decent sleep.

My most heaviest weight around 94kgs, good comparison of me and my twin sister, look at the mammoth size difference! This is our 26th birthday party in 2007

Sad thing is this top I wore so much cause it was so comfy, didn't realise how bad it looked till i took pics of it

Some decent weight loss pics - I lost about 13 kgs and was down to 79kg in March 2009 for my best mates wedding and I was a bridesmaid. Would love to look like this again, this is one of my goals! 

April 2009 - Wearing size 14 pants I still have in my cupboard hoping to one day fit them again!



The final picture is just a better shot of me at about 79kgs in size 14 pants. That time I lost weight by having no dairy, no egg and exercising by walking delivering Avon catalogues. So this time i'm doing more exercise and more healthy eating as i want the weight to stay off!
