Well i was on a weight loss mission in 2012, and it was going well for the first half, slowly but surely, then things got really stressful and i reverted back to old habits and letting the stress rule my life and my eating.
Since we're going on a family holiday to Disneyland and Hawaii i really want to lose 20kgs so that i feel better about myself and feel fitter and healthier so that i'll be able to enjoy myself a lot more. So i have 8/9 months to lose the weight and i think that it's doable, i just have to stick to it no matter what.
My weight is now a shockingly 89kgs!! I am so depressed writing that, as I got down to 83kgs with a lot of work, and then it was so easy to just stack it all back on! Gah! Frustrating as anything.
I have to stop the excuses and just get out there and freaking do it!
