Refocus and recommiting!

So it's been quite a few months off the wagon, not good, but i'm determined to stick this out no matter how long it takes. I've taken a new approach and have just recently started a new eating plan and exercise plan, I bought the diet plan from www.losemybabyweight.com.au as i'd heard a lot of good reviews. Not being a fan of the replacement meal shakes i thought this was just another run of the mill type diets. But to my surprise the smoothies are delicious, are dairy and gluten free which is important to me as i'm sensitive to too much gluten and lactose intolerant, so these shakes are perfect for that. I got myself a free pedometer with their offer so i've been popping that on each morning, the goal is to get 10,000 steps a day, which is proving pretty difficult, i'm going to go for a good walk today some time to see how much exercise i need to get the 10,000 steps. The diet is really easy to follow, has good structure but it's not too regimented. I've been following it pretty closely have had a few little treats along the way and need to increase my exercise, but so far i'm enjoying adding new things to my routine and my eating habits. Fingers crossed i start to see the results on the scales.

My current weight is 86.3 which is lower than the last time i updated which is good, but i did get down to 83kg, and have put on a touch over 3 kgs, so i need to refocus and recommit to my goals.

Would love to get under 80kgs, and then under 70kgs, hopefully the motivation and plan starts working so i start getting rid of this weight. Have some new pics i'll upload.

So this is the changes so far. First photo taken in January at 94kg 13 weeks after Mitchell was born,  second photo taken at 18 Sep 2012 weighing 86.3kg, so i have lost 7.7kgs in 9 months, I was planning on losing all my weight by the time Mitchell turned one, which is only next month, so I know that is not realistic, but i'd like to lose another 3 or 4 kgs this month and by christmas i'd like to be closer to my goal. Some more comparision piccies for my own motivation:

Seeing these pics shows the difference which i'm glad i can see the difference, cause i do feel different, losing a small amount of weight does make a difference, so any more weight i lose is definately a bonus. I do not want to be overweight and uncomfortable i want to feel fit and healthy. So today i'm going to eat right, move more and just keep at it. Will update again more frequently hopefully :)
